SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders have a processing time of 48 hours during the Monday - Friday
business week, excluding US Holidays, provided the merchandise is in stock. We will do everything we can to get product to you faster if possible, especially in regards to Next Day orders.
In the case of backordered items, your shipping invoice will reflect which
items are pending. They will be shipped to you as soon as they become
available. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order
leaves our facility. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be
notified via email within 5 business days.
To ensure proper delivery to our customers, we ship with delivery confirmation and insurance on all
deliveries unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer at the time
Services provided by outside shipping companies, specifically FedEx (FedEx Standard
Overnight, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Express Saver, and FedEx Ground) and UPS (UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air Saver) refers only
to delivery time and does not include the 48 hour processing time needed
for Cabiria to fulfill your order.
Residents of the State of New York will be billed an additional 8.875% sales
tax only on merchandise over the individual value of $110. Shipping charges
remain as listed.

We can ship outside the Continental US and internationally, however please
contact customer service directly to find out your rate and the best shipping
solution for your country. Additional customs fees will apply.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original
condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. To receive a
refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of
payment, all merchandise MUST be returned within 30 days of the original
purchase date, and the merchandise MUST be in saleable condition with all
tags and tickets attached.
Sale merchandise may not be returned after 30 days. Any item marked
Final Sale is not returnable at any time.
To Return your Item
Securely package the return merchandise and a copy of the invoice, as well as
a short explanation on the reason for the return, in an appropriate shipping
box or package. You may use the original packaging, however be sure to
black out or cover any additional shipping labels that may be on your return.
The shipper will determine if a previously used package is fit to ship. We
suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise.
We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit, and any lost package
claims must be made by the sender through their chosen shipper.

All exchanges will be handled in the same manner as returns, with the same
applicable deadlines and policies. As with returns, all items must be in good,
saleable condition with all original tags and tickets attached.
